BASIC SKILLS & DEVELOPMENT COURSES
- The LRTC, 181 Simpson Drive, Litchfield, MI, USAThis one-day (8-hour) interactive course is designed to introduce the student to the basics of problem solving in all sectors. The topics of discussion will be the seven step corrective action process, overcoming obstacles to problem solving will be discussed.
- The LRTC, 181 Simpson Drive, Litchfield, MI, USAThis one-day (8-hour) workshop that will assist supervisors to become more efficient and proficient, with information on delegating, managing time, setting goals and expectations (for themselves and others), providing feedback, resolving conflict and administering discipline.
- The LRTC, 181 Simpson Drive, Litchfield, MI, USAThis two-day (16-hour) course is designed to provide the skills needed to work in a team oriented environment, including an understanding of the team concept, the twelve characteristics of an effective team, and strategies for dealing with team conflict.

INDUSTRIAL SKILLS COURSES​
- The Krohn Center, 200 Bishop St, Litchfield, MI 49252This eight-week (64-hour) course provides GMAW (gas metal arc welding formally known as MIG welding) processes and techniques. Topics will include: safety, use of equipment, power sources, shielding gases, filler metals, welding techniques, troubleshooting, weld defects and more.
- The LRTC, 181 Simpson Drive, Litchfield, MI, USAThis five-day (40-hour) course is an introduction to programmable controller systems. Participants will identify the main components of programmable controller systems and describe their functions and flow of information through a programmable controller system.
- The LRTC, 181 Simpson Drive, Litchfield, MI, USAThis one-week (40-hour) course is designed to provide the basic skills needed to troubleshoot, repair and maintenance procedures of robotic electrical system. Course topics include robot electrical component identification and function of robot electrical controller.
- The LRTC, 181 Simpson Drive, Litchfield, MI, USAThis five-day (40-hour) course is designed to provide the skills in pneumatics fundamentals. It provides an understanding of pneumatic circuits and applications. Topics include basic laws, pneumatic components and troubleshooting common pneumatic mistakes.
