Six Sigma Green Belt

This course is intended to teach a structured approach to improve the quality of products & services, outcomes and the bottom line by identifying and removing the causes of defects, minimizing variability and improving workflow in business processes. Participants can expect to be fully engaged while learning and applying principles, tools and techniques for completing breakthrough improvement projects. They will also be expected to complete a work related project as part of this course.
