T3: Train the Trainer

Training coworkers and colleagues, whether subordinates or co-equals, is a skill requiring patience, knowledge of the task at hand, and the ability to effectively communicate directions. It's also about finding creative ways to engage the learner by asking questions in order to help them discover the training objectives. 

This includes TWI (Training Within Industry), the use of One-Point lessons, and how to measure the effectiveness of training.
