Six Sigma Greenbelt Course

Six Sigma Greenbelt is an effective enterprise-wide, team-focused, leadership approach that propels rapid organizational performance improvement in customer satisfaction, cost, quality, and process speed by eliminating waste and defects.

It combines the data-driven Six Sigma methodology, that includes the use of statistical methods to improve products or processes by removing causes of defects and reducing variation in manufacturing and business, with the Lean principles of waste reduction and subsequent increased efficiency and effectiveness.

Individuals can expect full engagement while learning and applying

principles, tools, and techniques for completing breakthrough improvement projects. As part of the course, individuals are expected to complete a work-related project.
