This three-day (24-hour) workshop is an activity-based course intended to teach the requirements of Advance Product Quality Planning (APQP) as part of an organization’s ISO TS16949 Quality Management System.

About the Event
Participants can expect to be fully engaged while learning how to apply Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (FMEA), Statistical Process Control (SPC), Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA) and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) to ensure that a product satisfies the customer. APQP involves 75% up front planning and 25% implementation through production, to determine customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
Case studies and simulations are used throughout the course to provide the hands-on practice needed to learn these proven techniques.
