Service Description

This 40-hour course is designed for technicians and engineers who want to specialize in the mechanical maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of Fanuc robots. Focusing exclusively on the mechanical aspects, the course provides in-depth training on the robot's mechanical systems, including arms, joints, actuators, gears, bearings, and structural components. Participants will learn to diagnose and troubleshoot common mechanical failures, perform routine maintenance, and apply repair techniques to ensure optimal robot performance. The course includes hands-on practice with real-world scenarios, covering tasks such as alignment, lubrication, replacing mechanical parts, and adjusting mechanical parameters. By the end of the course, participants will have the confidence to maintain, repair, and troubleshoot mechanical issues effectively, minimizing downtime and maximizing the efficiency of Fanuc robotic systems in industrial environments. Lunch provided. Food and drinks allowed.
