This 8-hour course introduces participants to the A3 Problem-Solving methodology, a structured approach used for identifying, analyzing, and resolving issues in a systematic way. Based on Lean principles, the A3 process guides participants through each step, from problem definition to root cause analysis, solution development, and implementation. Participants will learn how to effectively document and communicate problem-solving efforts, using the A3 report as a tool for continuous improvement.
